Chula Vista
Great if you're stationed on: Naval Base San Diego. Practicality and affordability makes this a popular area for military personnel.
Great if you're stationed on: Naval Outlying Landing Field + Imperial Beach + Naval Air Station North Island + Naval Amphibious Base. IB is an up and coming town but is closest you can get to water without breaking the bank.
